(a) Hatt Farm welcomes children of all ages.
(b) All accommodation types come with a full English or Continental breakfast served between 7am - 9am
(i) Alternative breakfast times are by prior arrangement only.
(c) Off road parking in our secure parking area is included
(d) Hatt Farm is a strictly No smoking bed and breakfast
(e) Hatt Farm is unable to acommodate pets
(f) We respectfully ask that guests book in by 19:00, unless prior arrangements have been made
(g) The normal time for departure in the morning is 10.30 am
(a) We accept cash, UK cheques & Sterling travellers cheques Please note that we are unable to process Credit/Debit cards
(b) We request a booking deposit of a minimum of £30 per room. Bookings will be confirmed on receipt of the deposit.
(c) Rates are "per room per night":
(i) and are based on two adults sharing a room.
(ii) "single occupancy" is for one person per room per night.
(iii) Children under 10 half price and toddlers (under 2's) are FREE
(iv) Please contact us for any other rates.
If you have to cancel please let us know as soon as possible. If we are able to re-let your booking we will return your deposit. If we are unable to re-let your room, we will hold your deposit against a future visit when it will be credited in full.
(a) Hatt Farm's fast Broadband Wi-Fi, is provided complimentary to the accommodation. We do not guarantee the reliability or speed at which the service operates.
(b) Use of the broadband Wi-Fi will be through the use of guests own hardware (i.e. laptop computer, mobile phone), which will require the ability to access Wi-Fi.
(c) The broadband Wi-Fi service is provided compliementary to the accommodation and as such, a fair usage policy is in effect on the use of this service. Eeach room, per night has a maximum download of 15 MB. An extra 25 MB per night, per room can be purchased in advance for £1.
(d) Use of the complimentary broadband Wi-Fi is completely at the guests own risk and Hatt Farm can in no way be held responsible for any damage arising from the use of the system.
(e) Guests using the complimentary broadband Wi-Fi undertake not to:
(i) use the service for any illegal purposes
(ii) use the service as a server or web host, including the sending of bulk emal or collect third party data without consent
(iii) use the service within the confines of the "fair usage policy"
